These guys are top notch. I don't know who's been giving them poor ratings. I've been into the store at least ten times just to look and ask "I'm new to handguns" type questions and have always had a good experience. I bought my first Glock there and have a second one on order. The transaction went very well. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable and never has a problem answering questions that other shops think are "dumb" or "annoying". I spent over an hour in there one night asking questions about 1911s and the staff was more than happy to explain some things to me and give suggestions. I brought in a Colt 1911 and asked them if they could appraise it for me and was given a "Sure thing, let me get the right guy for you" response. I was very pleased again with having my 1911 looked at. I will continue to suggest Diamondback to people that I know.

I bought a .40 S&W handgun there. Very pleasant staff, helpful, and everything went smoothly. I was greeted warmly when I walked in, and the salesman was a first class gentleman.
After seeing the rude sales staff at Murphy's Gun Shop in action earlier in the day, these people at Diamondback were saints.
